A compassionate companion
I believe in respecting people as they are in the moment. My interests lie in helping clients find their truth from within. Opening up painful memories or exploring traumatic experiences can be frightening. I offer a safe space for all people to explore at their pace without judgement or a preconceived goal. Control of the intensity, and direction of therapeutic sessions are constantly held by the client. I choose therapeutic modalities that serve the immediate needs of the client. I have a particular affinity to play-based therapy, CBT, cognitive processing therapy, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
When not working with clients, you may find me riding my gravel bike, playing music, or hiking and climbing in the hills.
